About the Role

At Kits, we work on developing kits according to customer specifications. The manufacturing process includes, among other things, processing our core materials through CNC milling, special processing, packaging, and adhesive assembly. In the role of Quality Operator, you have a combined position where you work both as an operator and hold a key responsibility for quality. You ensure that our products meet all requirements and maintain a high standard. You are an important link between production and the quality department, actively contributing to our improvement efforts.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as quality support within the department and assist operators with quality issues.

• Perform visual and technical inspections of products and manage materials that are quarantined or need to be discarded.

• Report and follow up on deviations and be responsible for implementing actions based on these.

• Work according to established control plans and monitor quality data in real-time.

• Monitor that we can maintain the tolerances specified in our specifications and continuously plan and conduct measurements to verify this.

• Work with the improvement team on capability for improvement purposes.

• Work with FAI and conduct simpler analyses and reports with a quality focus.

• Update and implement new quality routines.

• Participate in improvement work.

• Operator on kits.

Qualifications

You are genuinely engaged in product quality while having a practical side that gets things done. Your curiosity leads you to explore the factors that affect our products' quality, while you easily see connections between methods and results. You have good communication skills while being meticulous and detail-oriented. In addition, we see that you have:

• Technical high school education or CNC training, or equivalent as assessed by the employer.

• Experience in quality work within manufacturing processes/production.

• Experience in documentation, data compilation, and follow-up.

• It is a plus if you also have a forklift license and experience with stackers (A2).

The position is daytime-based with start date as agreed. You must not be asthmatic or allergic to isocyanates or epoxy.
